Roundtrip airfare, travel insurance (required), medical expenses, emergency evacuation, one lunch, alcoholic beverages, optional spa services, souvenirs, laundry, personal expenses, and expenses arising from circumstances beyond our control.
Payment in full or 50% of the retreat investment is required to reserve your space. The remaining balance is due December 15, 2026. Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund. (PURCHASE THE TRAVEL INSURANCE!)
All payments made to Rockies2Reefs Retreats are non-refundable. Comprehensive travel insurance is required and should include trip cancellation, interruption, medical care, and emergency evacuation coverage.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically able to participate. Although facilitated by a licensed psychotherapist, this retreat is educational and experiential and does not establish a therapist–client relationship.
Participants are expected to treat others with respect. Rockies2Reefs Retreats reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, or detrimental to the experience of the group. No refund will be provided. I have a zero tolerance policy, you will not be raining on someone else's parade without consequence.
Photographs and video may be taken during the retreat for promotional purposes. Please notify us in writing before the retreat if you prefer not to appear in marketing materials.
Rockies2Reefs Retreats is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or itinerary changes caused by weather, natural disasters, airline disruptions, government actions, political unrest, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
